Need adhoc advice and support but don’t want to commit to a retained service, this is for you.

Simply pay for the time you use. This service is provided via telephone and email.

Billed in 15 minute increments and charged at an hourly rate to provide full flexibility.

Karen Dolan

I am Karen Dolan, the owner here at Karen HRM, with the sole focus of helping business leaders protect, develop and grow their business.  Business leaders would describe me as someone who is able to build trust and credibility quickly along with always being friendly and good-humoured.

I have more than 25 years’ experience in Human Resources working in a variety of hardware and software companies. These roles have covered senior HR positions within many of the market leading organisations in this sector.  I have also managed both local and international teams.

My approach centres on listening to the issues, discussing possible options and ways forward, and then working with the business to deliver against an agreed plan of action.

I am a proud Chartered Member of the CIPD as well as being part of the HR Ninja’s network where I mentor two early career HR professionals. I also enjoy volunteering for the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in Farnham.

I have a post-graduate diploma in People Management and am part of an alumni network that funds disadvantaged students every year. And in my spare time, I love live music and spending time walking with my dog Peppa.
